Hotel Everland is designed by two Swiss architects - Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann. The hotel has only one room including a bathroom deluxe, a king-size bed and a lounge with an enormous window.

The hotel offers exclusive services for guests like concierge and a Mini Cooper car. This mini hotel can be moved from place to place. It was placed on the top of many well-known buildings such as Modern Art Gallery in Leipzig, Germany.
